Angelina Jolie Voight was born on the 4th of July 1975, daughter of John Voight which she renounced and had her name legally changed to Jolie in court after attempts to rekindle her relationship with her father failed. She started out in the modeling business with many major roles in movies that did not quite make it to the top. Her breaking out films were the Lara Croft movies “Tomb Raider” which many claim as a part she was born to play. Her present live in partner Pitt was her co-star in the hit “Mr. and Mrs. Smith” the movie about a couple who work for different security agencies as assassins which was said to have initiated their still standing relationship. She does charity work and represents the UN Refugee Agency where she plays a Goodwill Ambassador representing people who are displaced by conflict and many other disasters. She has repeatedly stated that she will always be a punk kid with a tattoo, a rebel in the true sense of the word defying the norm.
