Born on the 22nd of March 1976, Laura Jeanne Reese Witherspoon has ever since proven why her parents called her “Little Type Aâ€. She began appearing in various commercials at only 7 years of age. After 4 years, she joined and conquered a 10-state talent contest. At 14 came her big break in the movie scene with her starring role in The Man on the Moon in which the critics loved her. Ever since then, Witherspoon’s career has been going uphill with television and big screen movies like Wildflower, Fear, Freeway, Overnight Delivery, Pleasantville, Twilight, Election, Legallly Blone, Legally Blonde 2, Sweet Home Alabama, Cruel Intentions and Walk the Line. Despite her busy schedule, Witherspoon still finds time to lead a production company (Type A Films) and give back to charity (Children’s Defense Fund and Avon Foundation). Truly Witherspoon is not just another pretty and versatile actress, but also a Hollywood star with a heart.
